WHO ARE WE?
You’re likely familiar with the traditional headhunting service of cold calls, web crawls and endless emails to any pharmacist with a license to entice them to fill your open position. We have thrown that model out and started from scratch.
WHAT WILL YOU SEE?
You will see on our website various profiles of Canadian pharmacy students looking for a job that fits their wants and needs. The profile will have all the traditional information you would likely see on a resume PLUS a priority list of what they want in a job. This allows you to not only pick the individuals that you want to hire but also tailor your offer based on their personal priority list.
WHAT IS THE PROCESS?
The pharmacists’ personal data has been redacted as Career Creators act as an initial liaison between you and the pharmacist. As the parties get closer to an agreement, we take a back seat to the process. You can send an offer to as many pharmacists as you’d like and we will notify you if any pharmacists want to engage in negotiations.
WHAT ARE THE LOGISTICS?
The pharmacists sign an NDA so you can tailor the offers for the specific pharmacist without concern about information being shared. There is no upfront cost to you and you will only be charged if the pharmacist signs on with your company. Please contact us for more details on the process and fees.
